We advise on the following:
Hourly Rate
We charge an hourly rate between £ 150 – £250 for all complex or difficult cases including Appeals, Human Rights applications, Asylum applications, Fresh Claims for Asylum, Judicial Review, Bail and detained cases.
On average, this type of work takes between 5 – 20 hours to complete. This means that on average costs are between £750 and £5,000. All figures exclude VAT which is charged at 20%.
The exact number of hours it will take depends on the circumstances in your case. Such as:
- The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider
- Which language(s) you speak
- Whether you are applying with other dependants
- The legal complexity of the case
- The number of enquiries you have during the course of the case and the level of contact the case requires with yourself.
If you are able to provide sufficient evidence at our first meeting and clearly meet the applicable Immigration Rules, the cost is likely to be at the lower end of this range.
