Our Fees


We offer a quality service. We will give you a clear indication at the beginning of your case how much your costs will be. Our hourly rates are competitive and represent good value for money. We either charge a fixed fee or hourly rate depending on the type of case.

Every case is different, everyone has different circumstances.

Once we have discussed your options with you and decided the way forward we can give an indication how long it will take to get a successful outcome on your case and the costs.

We are conscious about clients concerns about costs therefore, we are able to tailor our costs to meet individual circumstances.

Diagnostic Interview


We offer an initial diagnostic interview for a fixed fee of £100 plus VAT and the costs of an interpreter (if required). At this meeting we will:
  • Ascertain what your legal problem is
  • Provide you with possible solutions and advise on the best strategy
  • Estimate the cost and time it will take to resolve your problem

Hourly Rates


We charge an hourly rate for all complex or difficult cases including Appeals, Human Rights applications, Asylum applications, Fresh Claims for Asylum, Judicial Reveiw, Bail and detained cases. Our hourly rate ranges between £150.00-250.00 per hour plus VAT. The rate will depend on the complexity of the case and the urgency. We will discuss the rate with you at the initial appointment. Our fees exclude VAT, Home Office application fees, disbursements and expenses.

Fixed Fees


In straightforward cases we can offer fixed fees. Our fees only cover the costs of preparing and making the application. Should an appeal or challenge be necessary we will agree separate fees with you. We will require payment on account upon instruction and accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Disbursement Fees


Disbursements (such as Home Office or visa application fees, expert fees, barrister fees or translation/interpreters fees court fees) are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties.


VAT


Vat is payable at 20% for all in country applications. If you are resident overseas vat is not payable.
